April said, " We got engaged on Salines Beach in St. Barts, which is one of our favorite beaches. We had gone to St. Barts for Timothy's 40th birthday and had such a wonderful time we decided to go back a few months later for my birthday. Timothy was acting a little strange during the travel, which is a hike due to multiple planes, taxis, shuttles, and customs. After about 10 hours of travel, we finally arrived at 4 pm. Timothy was adamant that we should go to Salines beach to catch the sunset before our dinner reservation. When we arrived at the beach, Timothy was pacing the beach, sweating and nervous, and I wasn't sure why. When I turned my back to find a prop so we could capture a picture of us and the sunset, I turned around to him being down on one knee. He asked me to marry him, to which I immediately replied yes, and we ended up watching the sunset and talking on the beach for hours. The rest of the evening, we held each other and laughed while sharing this incredibly special and intimate moment."
