Katie and Nick have a special love story that started back in Junior High School in Oregon. Years later, after college, they reconnected and began dating. In April 2022, Nick proposed to Katie at Brant Point Lighthouse on Nantucket, a moment they will never forget. Nick to have their engagement photos taken on this beautiful island, known for its natural beauty and peaceful surroundings. I had the pleasure of photographing their wedding at the Harbor View Hotel in Edgartown in September 2023.

I tried to focus on guiding them versus posing and gave a lot of space to simply be in the present moment by looking at the ocean from the dunes, taking a beach walk, and watching the sunset.
